The 9th KLEFF is proud to announce that the Festival will be in partnership with the Penang Green Council (PGC) this year.
Community Screening at the Slate Weekend, 30th and 31st January 2016
KLEFF, in association with the Row will be participated in the Slate Weekend launch on the 30th and 31st January 2016. KLEFF will be screening past year’s award-winning short films and animation on the environment.
