Laure Quinlivan is a two-time Peabody Award-winning filmmaker. A former television investigative reporter for WCPO-TV, her work has also been honored with 18 EMMY’s, the Walter Cronkite Award and three National Society of Professional Journalists awards.
She has been President of LQ Consulting for 10 years, specializing in video storytelling.
Laure served on Cincinnati Council 2009-2013, chairing the Mayor’s Green Steering Committee, advocating and authoring sustainable solutions to the problems we face.
She directed and produced the film “Blue Goes Green: Net Zero Police Station” to showcase what local government can do to save the environment and taxpayer money, and inspire other cities to include citizens in public art, space and design.
The film has been broadcast to date on PBS with its original title, “Cincinnati LEEDS the Nation; America’s First Net Zero Energy Police Station.”
Laure is a founding board member of Women in Film Cincinnati, and member of Cincinnati Rotary Club, Woman’s City Club, and Cincinnati Women’s Political Caucus.
