“The film submissions get better each year, and this year we are delighted to be able to screen 84 of the best films from all around the world at KLEFF2017, each session is creatively curated on specific issues. We would also thank Publika, our Festival Venue Partner for the past five years to allow us to screen the films for seven days this year. This is definitely a big progress for environmental movement such as KLEFF, and we would really hope our supporters would come and watch as many films as possible, weekdays and weekend,” said Fadly Bakhtiar, the Festival Director of KLEFF2017.
The weekday film screenings are held from 23rd – 26th October (8pm – 11pm) whereas weekend film screenings are from 27th – 29th October (12pm – 11pm). On Friday, 27th October, there will be a special screening – ASEAN Film Makers Night, especially for films directed by students of KLEFF2017 University Partners.
